Accounts and Billing
How accounts work, what they cost, and what you can run in parallel.
Account basics
What happens when I buy an account?
Your evaluation account is issued on the spot, and you can place your first trade as soon as you log in.
Is there a time limit to pass the evaluation?
No. Evaluations never expire, so you have as long as you need.
Can I have more than one account at once?
Up to 10 open accounts at once. Evaluations and funded accounts both count toward that one limit, so it could be 10 evaluations, 10 funded accounts, or any mix. Passing an evaluation does not free the slot — the funded account it becomes keeps it. Breached, closed and passed-but-not-yet-activated accounts do not count.
What account sizes are available?
Four sizes: $10K, $25K, $50K, and $100K. Every size is available on both the Strix Plan and the Express Plan.
What is the difference between the Strix Plan and Express?
The Strix Plan uses end-of-day drawdown and allows buying and writing alike, including multi-leg and undefined-risk structures. Express uses intraday drawdown and is buy-only on single-leg long calls and long puts. Profit targets: Strix: 12 percent of account size. Express: 8 percent of account size. Trailing drawdown: Strix: 6 percent of account size. Express: 3 percent of account size. Neither plan sold today has a minimum trading day requirement, a deadline, or a consistency rule in the evaluation. Evaluations bought before 11 September 2026 at 5:35 PM ET (21:35 UTC) keep what they were sold: on a Strix Plan account from that period one day still cannot be more than 30% of the evaluation's profit, and the Express Plan never carried that cap.
How much does each plan cost?
Strix: $179 for $10K, $299 for $25K, $419 for $50K, $569 for $100K. Express: $119 for $10K, $179 for $25K, $229 for $50K, $339 for $100K. Each of those is a single one-time evaluation fee: it is charged once at checkout, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. The funded activation fee is separate and is only charged if and when you activate a funded account.
How soon do I get my funded account after I pass?
Once your evaluation passes, activate it from your dashboard and the funded account is issued to you, ready to trade. Activation is the step that charges the funded activation fee. This is separate from payout speed, which is how quickly a funded payout is sent.
Fees and billing mechanics
Can I cancel my subscription?
There is nothing to cancel. Evaluations bought today are a single one-time fee with no monthly billing and no renewal. If you hold an older recurring plan from before that change, email support from your account address and we will sort it out.
When do I get billed?
Once, at checkout, for the evaluation. Nothing bills after that. The only other charge in the program is the funded activation fee, and that is charged once, at the moment you choose to activate a funded account.
Does my referral or discount code apply to more than one charge?
A discount code applies to the checkout it is used on. There is no monthly charge for it to apply to again: the evaluation is billed exactly once. A code does not discount the funded activation fee, which is charged separately at activation and is $69 to $149 depending on account size. Your billing page always shows exactly what you were charged, so check there if anything looks wrong.
What happens if my card fails?
The purchase does not complete and no account is issued. Update your card in dashboard billing and try again. If the charge shows on your statement but no account appeared, send support the receipt and the email you purchased with.
Are payment details secure?
Yes. Card payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment gateway that tokenizes your card, and we do not store full card numbers on our servers. See the Privacy Policy for vendor details.
