You are never required to join. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of joining the affiliate program, of buying anything, or of any other service we provide. You can stop at any time and keep everything else exactly as it is.
1. The program
Strix Options LLC operates a marketing text message program for affiliates who ask for it. If you gave us your mobile number and ticked the consent box, we may send you recurring automated text messages about promotions, giveaways we are running for your audience, sitewide sales, and similar announcements.
This is the exact consent you agreed to when you signed up:

2. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us. We do not charge you anything to receive these messages.
3. How to stop, at any time
Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop sending marketing texts to that number. You do not have to use any particular word: any reasonable request to stop counts, and we will honor it.
You can also email support@strixoptionsfunding.com from any address, or ask us in a support ticket, and we will remove your number. We will never require you to reply by text as the only way to opt out.
Opting out of marketing texts does not affect security or account messages, such as a login code or an account recovery message, and it does not affect your affiliate account, your commission, or your payouts in any way.

5. Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers vary and may change. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message reaches you.
6. Your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with lead generators. We use your number only to send you the messages described above. Information may be shared with the messaging provider that delivers the texts on our behalf, solely so that delivery can happen.
In this section, “affiliates” means other companies and third-party marketers. It does not refer to the partners in our affiliate program, who are the people receiving these messages.
We keep a record of your consent, including the wording you agreed to and when you agreed to it, so we can show that you asked to receive these messages. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information generally.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you give us. Please tell us if your number changes or is reassigned so we do not text someone who did not ask for it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If we materially change what the program sends, we will ask for your consent again rather than relying on the consent you already gave.
